I just came from visiting the nearby market and as my car is old, it does not have any kind of aux, USB, Wi-Fi, BT etc. to select songs, that is why I have to always listen to the radio. This time I was very happy to hear a new song (or at least to me) played by the Finnish radio station called Loop FM. The song was I’m Good (Blue) by David Guetta and Bebe Rexha. Why was I so happy about hearing this song? Well, it is a perfect example of a song that easily can be identified to have a very positive load, so as I have written earlier about how words, sounds etc. affect us and then wrote how media and entertainment have a very big effect and impact due to their nature by design.
So, if you think about what I have written about the meaning of life in another post (HERE) and why it is so important to have the effect of your life to be positive as a whole, you should understand that in order to help you to reach that goal it would be so much easier, if the environment that you are part of and what you interact with would support you in that. What are the things that makes it supportive?
First, the melody and the beat of the song is uplifting in nature, so it gives you energy when you need it, that already qualifies as positive. Then, here you can find the lyrics of the song below:

So, in the lyrics I have underlined the words that are positive. You can count yourself how many percentage of the total words have been underlined. As a bonus it gives examples that guide your behavior into a positive model, especially in the part: I don’t need the finer things in life, No matter where I go, it’s a good time, yeah, And I, I don’t need to sit in VIP, Middle of the floor, that’s where I’ll be, Don’t got a lot, but that’s enough for me, yeah. This guides you to a mindset that you do not always have to have something special or lots of money to enjoy your life. This is a huge bonus in today’s life which is guiding towards totally different behavior models and values. Songs that are about those special things and resources, are making you believe that you need those things in order to enjoy your life. They are the cause why you feel that you want more and never feel satisfied in your own life. That is how you are unintentionally causing yourself expectations that are false and cause you feelings of being inadequate, missing something, not complete etc.
If you would want to easily add still to the songs positive load, you could easily take the word “fucking” off completely. I understand fully that in today’s world the word “fucking” has decreased it’s representative negative load and gives a “kick” to the song, but even when things are like that, it still holds a very negative load to some people, making it harder for it to succeed in the market. So, I am commenting this both from the perspective of the effect & audience but also from the viewpoint of sales and how it still hinders the popularity of the song from what it could have been.
The reason why I chose this song is that it still goes over the 50% mark of having a positive load in all aspects of it. If all songs in your environment would go over the 50% limit of having a positive load then think how much that would help and guide you into the direction where you are supported by your environment in your personal life, opposed to how things are at this moment?
This is the short explanation of why I chose this song. The example could have been from any other area of entertainment. It is unfortunate that this was a surprise to me in today’s media, because it indicates that majority of all entertainment, in this case specifically music, holds a negative load. That is the reason why this song stood up compared to the norm.
