I am going to start to put some of my personal topics on also other list of posts that I plan to publish at some point in time. With these topics, I quess that tey could be called as topics that are not so much related to the “usual” LifeValueBlogger.com material.
One of these topics is Tech, New Economics vs Old Economics etc. etc.
Maybe at some point I will dedicate another blog for thse kinds of posts. However, I think we will manage for now as there are not some many posts yet even on this website.
I would like to start with a general nuisance (at least here in Europe). They are banners and buttons coming up every time you visit any website. They are about collecting info with cookies and other techniques.
In my mind the solution and when developing that innovation, I would expect that the same idea can be utilized in many places.
All in all, my general conclusion of tech is that it is not doing it’s task if it makes us (the users) feel dumb, inefficient or that the tech is not working in an optimal way from your viewpoint.

So, if we just start at the European Unions General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). And as that stepped in force, every website using any techniques to gain information or gather information about the user the customer if informed about the, EVERY TIME.
Personally I do not understand that why does the operating system (Windows, Mac, Chrome Os, Phones etc.) cannot have one document or an app, where you make your decision of how do you want to treat your information from now on, and it will be then the same for all websites, unless you by a specific process do your own decision to change the settings for this specific site or do you want to totally change you setting about a certain information or acceptance of some obsqure techniques. This means that the document or app (app might be more feasible), is in all of the devices that you use. Now in that way that you would need to do the changes to all of the systems, software or equipment. All of the products that could easily hole and it would be easy to use, would, should and could have the all the time valid set of rules that you have set to yourself. That would mean that by changing the setting in any of the devices, would automatically change the settings of all devices.

There should be one set of terms and conditions that is separate from the devices directly but feeds all your selections from that top document automatically to all tech. This way you always know and remember what you have agreed to. This also takes out the full cost of having continuous cost of companies struggling with issues regarding the terms and conditions. This document should be full and versatile, but after once spending time with it, you are done basically for life. You can of course update your selections and if a really necessary addition should be presented to you, then you would be takes to that one document to agree or disagree to that. Man should be the master of tech not the other way around. Also companies are made of humans, it should not be companies against humans for short term profit, but making things better for everyone both consumers and companies.
